You can help Bridgeway with the way our health plan works.  We have Member Advisory Councils that give members like you the chance to share your thoughts and ideas about Bridgeway.  These meetings discuss policies, programs, network issues, quality controls and studies for the Acute Care System.  At the meetings you have a chance to talk about the way services are delivered.

The councils meet every three months.  We ask doctors and providers, members, home and community based providers, a community representative, advocates and other members of Bridgeway staff to join in the meetings.  This gives you the chance to discuss your concerns with a variety of sources.  You also have a chance to give us feedback, and let us know how we are doing.  You may ask questions or share any concerns that you have about the delivery of services.
