Bridgeway Health Solutions (Bridgeway) is a health maintenance organization that provides acute and long-term care services to people that are enrolled with Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). In addition, Bridgeway provides services to those that are enrolled in the Medicare Advantage program.

Bridgeway Health Solutions began providing acute care services in Yavapai County as of October 2008. These services include standard medical services for children and adults who are enrolled with AHCCCS.
Some acute services can include:
- Doctor visits
- Well child exams/immunizations
- Emergency care
- Inpatient/Outpatient hospital care
- Prescriptions

Since October 2006, we have been a part of taking care of Arizona’s long term care. Bridgeway currently serves those who live in the Maricopa, Yuma and LaPaz counties.
We are dedicated to promoting healthy outcomes and quality of life for our members. We strive to make a difference in the lives of Arizona Long Term Care System’s (ALTCS) members and providers.

Advantage by Bridgeway Health Solutions (HMO SNP) is a Special Needs Medicare Advantage Plan serving dual eligible members. Bridgeway’s service areas include Maricopa County, Yuma County, Pima County and Santa Cruz County. We do this in order to get you the healthcare you need, when you need it, to keep you healthy and help you to live independently.
We offer:

- Transportation to appointments
- Nurses to help you with your health services
