ALTCS Contract Award Details

The State of Arizona recently awarded nine ALTCS contracts to three health plans.  The chosen health plans will service members in the Arizona Long Term Care Services (ALTCS) program. Bridgeway was one of the health plans awarded a contract. 

Beginning October 1, 2011, Bridgeway will serve ALTCS members in the following counties:

• Cochise
• Gila
• Graham
• Greenlee
• Maricopa (if you are a Bridgeway member, you will not change plans),
• Pinal  

Bridgeway will NO LONGER be serving ALTCS members in Yuma and LaPaz counties. 

If you are a Bridgeway Yuma and LaPaz Member, here are some important things to know:

• Bridgeway will be your health plan until September 30, 2011. We have enjoyed serving all of our members the past 5 years.
• On October 1, 2011, Evercare Select will be your new health plan. AHCCCS will be mailing a letter with more details very soon.
• Your needs are most important to us.  Bridgeway, AHCCCS and Evercare will work together to address the needs you have and to make sure this change is easy on you.
